NSI remit as a certification body is to ensure that the interests of the consumer – eg purchasers, specifiers and end user groups – are protected. This is achieved through strict enforcement of quality and performance standards.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided by and feel that your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily, an ARD approved intermeditory will investigate the matter with the firm in question and always ensure that a complaint against it – or any of its registered firm – is given prompt attention..
